Starting in the Netherlands

In 2011, Jiimi began organizing club events for the Asian community in the Netherlands. To keep the community connected, he even published a free newspaper for several years. He started playing K-pop in these clubs even before "Gangnam Style" became a global hit, at a time when the genre was still very new in Europe. Because of the success in the clubs, his organization became the first in the Netherlands, and one of the first private companies in Europe, to produce full K-pop concerts. The impact was so strong that Jiimi was invited to speak on several Dutch radio stations. Soon, his work was noticed far outside the community. Managers of famous artists and major organizations from Europe, the United States, and Asia began reaching out to collaborate, turning a local movement into an international network.

Global Synergy: Bridging the Gap Between East & West

In 2017, Jiimi established a physical presence in the heart of Asia by opening an office in Chengdu, China. From this base, he managed projects across South Korea, Singapore, and Indonesia. Navigating the Chinese market is notoriously difficult, yet Jiimi successfully secured official permits for large-scale festivals, a complex task that few outside organizers achieve. Beyond events, Jiimi served as a consultant for major Asian organizations and managed various artists in both Europe and Asia. In 2019, his teams achieved a major milestone: bringing more than 40 Asian artists to the Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE). Simultaneously, he helped numerous European and American artists perform at premier clubs and festivals across Asia, acting as the essential bridge between the music industries of the East and West.

Through his years as an artist manager, event producer, booker, and consultant, Jiimi didn’t just observe the industry’s barriers, he lived them. He felt the same deep frustrations that many creators and organizers still face today, from messy booking processes to the constant struggle of finding new ways to generate revenue. He saw firsthand how these obstacles, along with countless daily frictions, cause people to lose control over their brands and their future. Having walked this path himself, he is now committed to building a structure that finally puts the power back into the hands of the people behind the projects.

This new infrastructure is the direct result of those fifteen years in the field. It was built to give creators absolute control over their brands and their work, solving the problems that have held the industry back for too long. Jiimi is developing a system that helps talent unlock new opportunities and revenue streams, moving far beyond just live shows. The goal is to create a scalable, clear ecosystem that fundamentally improves how the global entertainment world connects and grows. This mission is fueled by the belief that the entertainment industry should empower its people, not exhaust them. By bridging the gap between creative vision and professional structure, Jiimi and his team are creating a space where ownership is guaranteed and success is shared. This represents a commitment to the next generation of creators, providing them with the modern tools they need to lead, innovate, and shape the future of global culture.
